opportunity to enjoy private dental and private primary healthcare in
one convenient membership. This is a new type of payment plan,
managed by Plan4Health.
By becoming a Combined Total Healthcare Plan member, you have the
reassurance that all costs for your private dental check-ups and/or
standard hygiene appointments, plus the cost of healthcare services
listed in the all-in-one package, are covered by your regular monthly
payments.

your wellbeing and long-term health. There are no age restrictions, all
members get access to the same services, which are provided by our
professional healthcare team.

diet, food supplements, menopause, nutrition and ageing well Healthcare
appointments are oered in a variety of Hampshire locations close to
patients’ registered practice.
Plan members continue to receive their dental check-up, treatment, and
oral hygiene care, from the trusted professionals at their registered
dental practice.

The Combined Total Healthcare Plan combines your essential dental services
with full access to healthcare, including private GP consultations,
physiotherapy, and podiatry appointments – with regular monthly payments,
spreading the cost over 12 months.
The number of dental and/or hygiene appointments included in our plans is
flexible and can be adapted to meet your needs.
How much does the Combined Total Healthcare Plan cost?
To calculate your membership fees and monthly payments, add £11.99 per month to the cost of your standard dental and/or hygiene plan.

Our memberships are more cost-effective than the annual equivalent pay as you go services.

Discounts vary at the practice’s discretion. If oered by your dental practice, the following discounts may apply:

Dr Amanda Sewell
BM (Hons) FRCA, MRCGPWith over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr Sewell is a highly skilled GP dedicated to personalised, holistic care. She has a special interest in women’s health alongside a growing focus on lifestyle and preventive medicine. Her approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based care, and a belief in the power of prevention to transform long-term health.
Dr Jenny Battell
GPDr Battell is an experienced GP with special interests in menopause and women’s health. She holds postgraduate Diplomas from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare and is a member of the British Menopause Society. She is committed to supporting patients in making positive lifestyle choices and adopting a preventative approach to their health.
Dr Dorin Teodorescu
GPDr Teodorescu has over 12 years experience as a General Practitioner, complemented by a special interest in Dermatology. He is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and building meaningful relationships with patients. With a Master’s Degree in Diabetes Care he has a deep passion for helping patients prevent, manage and reverse chronic conditions through sustainable lifestyle changes.
Jaqui Richards
PodiatristSince qualifying at Southampton University, Jacqui has over 14 years of clinical experience as a Podiatrist. She also works as an Occupational Therapist, specialising in posture care. This combined experience gives Jacqui a deep understanding of the link between podiatry and posture. A Member of the Royal College of Podiatrists, she is committed to a practical and proactive approach to foot and ankle health.
Simon Brown
PhysiotherapistSimon is an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist specialising in orthopaedics. Since graduating from Coventry University in 2007 he has worked in the NHS, military and professional sports organisations, e.g. England Netball and three Premier League football clubs. As a Consultant Physiotherapist he has specialist skills including advanced assessment and treatment qualifications, joint injections, prescribing and radiology referrals.
